Yeah, I bought one of those china double-bubble jobs for $1.00 and $29.00 shipping.
It's meh, the windscreen fit with the exception of the ends were trimmed back and didn't match up to the end of the fairing. Not real happy with it, thats why I bought the touring screen from hand.

Shoulda checked earlier! Just bought a set of factory takeoffs form my local dealer and am looking for a touring windscreen. Anyone compare the "double bubble" with the "touring " model? (Zero Gravity) Does the double bubble provide enough coverage for mid-range touring or should a guy go right to the touring one?

For touring, there is a huge difference between the two, I had both and really couldnt believe how much higher the wind got up on the touring screen. But howeva, the double bubble in my opinion looks nice, so for cruising, you can deal with the little extra wind! lol

I'm not a weekend warrior. I ride everyday. There's been frost on my car when I leave in the morning. At 80mph, the windchill is a beeech.

I like riding in the winters here....funny....not too many bikes during my commute. 8)

Hand, Got a couple hundred miles behind the touring screen, gotta tell ya, I really like it. My heads not getting beat all around on my 40+ mile (each way) commute, 01Superchicken and Alberta Firestorm, get one, you won't regret it. New from Z-G their like $100.00 delivered, If I hadn't got the one from Hand, I'da bought one from ZG for sure.
Hope things are going well for you and yours Hand, Thanks Again.

Thanks for the feedback! That convinces me...I've been thinking about it...chilly ***** in the mornings...especially with the fog factor. ANY PICS?

Parts unlimited has them for $90. I'm ordering one today from Full Throttle.
