CBR1000RR Front End - Complete
Complete front end for sale. This setup was already mounted when I bought the bike about a year ago. I'm going another direction for a track-only bike so I'm selling off the extras and returning the bike to oem. I can't offer any specifics regarding exact year of the forks or what's inside, but I can say they worked great the one time I took the bike out to PittRace with N2 for a trackday (intermediate). I've ridden my old vtr (oem forks, with springs and valving) a couple dozen times at the track and I can honestly say the difference is noticeable. Braking, trail braking confidence and general stability are noticeably improved over the standard forks. Plus, they just look really cool :-)
It's presently mounted on the bike. I will remove it and ship when it sells.
You will get:
forks
triples
clip-ons
front wheel w/rotors (tire will be removed)
front axle
Brake Calipers
Brake lines
CBR brake master cylinder
Brake reservoir/hose
Front Fender (Upper fender mounts broken off of fender, but rock solid with the 4 intact lower mounting points)
All assorted nuts/bolts
Price:
$750 shipped. ($725 picked up)
Orchard Park, NY 14127
Notice the missing fender mounting tab above brake caliper.

Just a heads up I'll be driving to North Bergen, NJ over Thanksgiving, so basically driving across NY (Buffalo area --> NJ/NYC) if anyone is interested and wants a delivery/meet up.

I'm in a strange de-modification situation. I plan to keep the bike, but will enjoy it in a more basic state while freeing up some cash for other things. I already sold the Ohlins, front-end is next. After that I'm considering getting rid of the PM Chicane (no cush-drive) rear rim, it's sized for a 190 tire :-). From there I'll just be glad to have a vtr in the garage for the occasional fix.
