wow, I JUST bought a new one and gasket a few days ago from partzilla for 168 plus 15.99 for gasket. GREAT DEAL here folks!!!

What year is that for? My 2002 looks like a more of a bronze color.

It fits any year but it's the earlier charcoal color, not the later "gold" like yours.
