Clean title. At some point this was a race bike, I bought it as a rough street bike and I’ve cleaned it up a good bit. Some areas are still a bit rough, but it’s a good bike with lots of nice parts. It has been crashed at least once in it’s life, but not while I’ve owned it. Paint and bodywork show no signs of crash damage but the side cases, rad covers and gauge cover do. I’ve had it a few years, I’ve ridden it less than 1000 miles, and I’ve had it on the track for around 200 miles. I spent a lot of time going over everything, greased bearings, cleaned and re-cleaned the brakes, the motor work, cleaned the carbs and replaced most of the internals. I owned a Honda dealership when I bought this bike, it was one of our last Shop Project bikes. Everything we did was top notch, Honda OEM or top of the line aftermarket parts were used, no junk.

94 CBR600f2 front Forks re-built, re-sprung, re-valved by Cogent Dynamics less than 1000 miles ago
Fox Twin clicker rear shock, re-built, re-sprung, re-valved by Cogent Dynamics less than 1000 miles ago
94 CBR600f2 brakes with newish Dunlopad racing pads, braided front brake lines, CBR900RR 5/8s M/C
CBR600F2 front wheel. I have a CBR600f2 front M/C if you would rather the softer feel.
Motor has JE 663 pistons, X8 cams, Ported heads, Uni filters and Factory jet kit, TBR stepped header with loose D&D can, could use new rivets or screws. The top end was gone over less than 1000 miles ago, we replaced the valve seals, clean up the valves and everything else and replaced the piston rings. The cams had a good bit of wear, but not enough to replace them. Oil has been changed with Amsoil twice since we re-did it.
Some of the tabs have been cut off the sub-frame but it’s straight
The bike doesn’t have turn signals, but the plugs are there. I can give you some junky ones in a bag, but installation is up to you
CFM rearsets, doesn’t have passenger pegs.
Home made fender eliminator.
Fan by-pass switch
No helmet lock, you pull the cable to pop the seat.
388 pounds with a full tank of gas.

Gauges say 27,300 miles but I doubt they are stock and reflect race mileage.

The following parts and mods have less than 1000 miles
Gino chain roller
Corbin seat that has been recovered
Rear brakes have the line run through the swing arm and fresh EBC pads.
Michelin Pilot Race tires with 200 street miles and less than 50 track miles
Woodcraft clip-ons
Honda grips
Honda OEM (not junk) brake and clutch levers, no slop.
525 Chain (has stock sized sprockets I think)
Fresh coolant, fresh plugs, fresh brake fluid, fresh oil and filter. Bike needs nothing, just a rider.

I have more pictures, just ask. Email me at jay@boonehonda.com with questions.

Cool bike. The Hawk 650 was my first racebike. I really learnt a lot on that bike. Plus they crash really well. Very collectable now, as I'm sure you know. Unlike our bigger Superhawk. The 650 version is absolutely bulletproof. Best little bike out there.
