Never been a big fan of the "street-fighter" look. But every once in a while you will see one that pops and i say to myself "damn, that thing looks sweet. wouldn't mind having one like that myself". Nice bike fighter hawk!

WAIT!!!! Last minute entry PLEASE!!!!!?????
I've been wanting to put my bike in the vtroftm month for some time, but always thought of it when the voting end of it was being done.
Anyways, here she is. 1998 Superhawk, bought c ompletely totalled as a parts bike for my other hawk. I couldn't rape her of all her goodies, the goodfella I am, so I gave her a new chance at life. Although I shouldn't have. Knowing it had a bad frame I proceeded, getting one off ebay for a mere $30.00, then discovering a broken rear motor mount. Well if I need to replace the block, I may as well replace pistons with JE pistons ROGHT? Well one thing led to another and here she is. I painted it myself, and it looks even better in person.
1998 'Hawk, JE Pistons, Yoshi Cams, Kevlar Clutch, Dynojet kit, K&N air filter, no emmisions, carb coolant bypass, 200mm rear tire, braced swingarm, Cbr954rr front end, GSXR1000 radiator, yeah, now I'm getting boring, so I will stop.

Going a bit off topic here sorry .
Led strips in the mirrors dead easy to do and the dash and gear selector is easy to check out

Honestly I dont see why just the quality and size of the pics is reason enough to win. There are some very custom and creative bikes on here that really deserve to get the votes, so vote for the bikes and not just the pictures...

Agreed not putting any of the bikes down as they are all nice but come on does seem as though the ones with the simple and few mods seem to do well. Maybe i am going in the wrong direction and should of just left it with a set of cans and a screen.

personally i am not the least bit offended that im pulling up the rear of the pack in votes. i love my bike and am ecstatic that there isnt another bike in the world like it. i didnt build it for votes, i have the wrench time and love into it that it deserves. its about riding not about winning anything. i entered the bike to let other know what can be done to these bikes if you may not be as big a fan of the looks but love the engine and ride. if you are looking for a little more diverse crowd for your bike to get some love maybe try customfighters.com if you havent yet

Marra, love what you've done to your bike--------except, being old as dirt, would like it even better without all the ads. Any of you guys remember how beautiful F1 and indycars were before they were slathered with endorsements?
