suzuki USD forks or CBR forks? parts interchange?
just out of interest...
I have cbr1000 triples on my project vtr. I was planning on using the cbr forks as well but am thinking of using the cbr forks on my ducati. (the honda and duc have showa radial staunctions, so I was going to swap the bottoms so I could still use the brembos on the duc).
Just yesterday I bought a pair of 2001 gsx1000r forks but the staunctions are not radial. could I swap the leftover staunctions off the cbr forks on to the gsxr forks? the tubes are the same diameter, but Im not sure if they screw on and will be swappable. and who makes the suzi forks? if they are showa's it might just work.
I like the idea of using the gsxr forks as they are slightly longer so are a little higher in the front than the cbr forks. Ill need all the height I can get as Im fitting a single radiator under the frame apex.
any comments appreciated guys!

race tech is probably the most likely to be able to answer your questions. Sounds like a good plan if it can work, esp with a little more length in the front. Otherwise, dismantle and see what you have.
