VTR1000 Best Color Scheme Design

Ladies and Gentleman,

The purpose of this thread is to see VTR's with color designs schemes other than the plain factory old design.
Feel free to post pictures, new/old idea's and opinions as long as you keep it friendly and on the subject matter, that can include all VTR's naked to full fairings, frames, wheels, whatever is related to coloring and it doe's not have to be your bike.

I will start with the following (many already seen) to set the mood right

Maybe include a link here to the VTROM thread? Lots of good looking Hawks there.

Here is my baby, put to bed for the winter... Going to update paint in the Spring. Probably the same color (or similar), just to buff out all the nicks and scratches.

It's cool how different you can make the bike look with just a custom paintjob.

You can make it go faster or slower, too, depending on whether you go yellow or red.

I just bought my Hawk but it's got a set of Repsol eBay plastics. I think it looks pretty sweet. Tank needs a respray though, whoever did it did a horrible job

Guys,

There is only one colour "RED"

I do however like the Minolta bike, the attention to detail is stunning!

Absolutely stunning!
When the time came, I was going to paint The Mistress this color but, you've beaten me to it.
Second choice is a wrap design that I have in mind. When it finally comes to fruition, and if I ever figure out how to do it, I'll post up some pics.
Still, this color is GORGEOUS!

I would say the lower fairing is made by the same manufacturer as the whole fairing, perfect fit, just wonder who makes it...

A while back Mario sold his moulds to a guy in the U.K.

Reportedly he has spent a lot of money cleaning the moulds up and made them even better.

Wish I had the $$$$ to spend on some of his work.

Here is the link, I believe that they are now located in Wales.
