Dash gauges malfunctioned today
Any ideas guys?
I have a 2004 Model Super Hawk with 68,000 miles, today it was chilly about 45° and I went for a cruise on the freeway between 130-150, and my speedo started freaking out, my tach was bouncing or dead at 0, my screen went blank, but stayed lit up...
I was worried if I turned it off it wouldn't start back, however I killed at once at my destination, and when ibfires it back up it had no issues all the way home?
Has anyone else experienced the gauge cluster freaking out?

If you have the stock R/R, check voltage at idle and at 3k or so, check the connector for signs of melting or corrosion.
After that check the cluster connector, clean, use some die electric grease and refit,
