Let's meet at Old Town on Thursday for Bike Night at around 8:00pm! Nice opportunity to get us all together in one place and grab a beer. Usually a good turn-out of rides from the local area.

Hey guys, I'll be in Jacksonville for a week (just me, wifes staying home). I'll be flying down on the 7th and leaving on the 14th. Thought it would be cool to meet up with some of you guys. I was going to rent a motorcycle to get around down there, but unfortunately I am stuck with a dang car. Where is this Old Town? Is this close to Jacksonville?

CruxGNZ- "Old Town" is an attraction site near Orlando in Kissimmee, Fl. They sponsor a Bike Night on Thursday, and Car Cruises on the weekend. Jacksonville is approximately 140 miles from Orlando, and a very quick trip. Many of us ride to Daytona, which is not too far from where you will be. Maybe some local Jacksonville riders can chime in and offer their favorite scenic route.

Tampa riders and all towns in between including Lakeland - Many groups ride to this event weekly, come and join them.

Miami riders - Hwy 27 North is only a three hour ride. Nice day ride, or plan an overnight. Many hotels in the area and I've done the trip often.

Hawkers up North - weather is already changing. Nice excuse for a long weekend.

Since it looks like I'm the official sponsor, follow the guides and park your bike on the main strip starting as early as 6:00 pm. We can meet officially next to the Southern Breeze restaurant at 8:00 pm near the main stage. I'll wear my Fox Gear so I'll stand out. See all of you on Thursday!

Found out that I'll be staying at Ponte Verdra Beach, which is just south of Jacksonville. Old Town is south of Orlando and about 2:30-2:45 minute drive for me. To be honest, I give it a 50/50 chance of me making it. Looks like a really freakin' cool place though.
