F'ing-A gasoline is shooting up around here!!
Damn this hurricane season. Gas is shooting up here like crazy and is expectted to top near or over $5 by tomorrow here. This f'ing sucks! Expecially with the bike being down. If it stays up over this amount I told the wife I'm selling my Highlander SUV (which gets decent gas mileage for a SUV) and buying a second bike that gets excellent gas mileage. I will deal with the weather lol. Maybe a 400SM or something along those lines. I commute over 160 miles a day to work and back. Hopefuly it won;t last long and no oil rigs go missing like with Katrina. There are lines already at the pumps tonight and the stations are rationing gas.

State governor just declared a state of emergency. Gas stations have ran out of everythign but premium around here!!! Gas is now $4.79 due to premium. He says they are enforcing gas gouging laws as of now but I'll believe it when I see it. I rmemeber then president declaring the same thing and never once saw any gas station being held accountable. This is nuts here!

My wife drove by a Sheetz gas station today and they had their gas listed for $9.99 a gallon! I don't suppose they ran out of gas
They say all the oil rigs are under attack by Ike, good thing Alaska isn't getting hit. Wait a minute... Do we even drill there yet?

Here in Middle TN, most all of the stations are out or nearly out. If you can find gas itis right at $3.89.
The other stations are taking down their prices to indicate they are out of gas or putting a rediculas price like $6.00 to indicate they are out.
I guess the street bikes will be rolling next week after the storm rain passes
