I have a set that I used on my '98 purchased from this Ebayer. He's in Canada where
it's nice and cold in winter. Quality product, well made, just needs to be filed down a tad for the left side. However, I ended up never installing them back, cause I wasn't all that crazy about the final look. If function is more your thing, then go for it, they do allow you to see the cops on your *** a little better then no spacers...;o)

Why would you need filing one of them?

They do not sit perfectly on the fairing. Even the seller warns you, you
will need to file or gentily grind them to have a perfect fit on the fairing.

If you wish to see, I can send you pices of what needs to be done. But don't worry, it's a 10 to 15 min job if you want the best look possible.

Don't worry about it... I'm set, I have a pair of GSXR mirrors fitted already... I was just curious...
